<li>Conduct essential assessments for minor equipment and adaptations such as rails and galvanised rails.</li><li>Recommend simple adaptations by using your Trusted Assessor skills at Level 3 and Level 4.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Adult Social Care Team to ensure high-quality care and support for adults in need.</li><li>Maintain and update accurate records of assessments and recommendations.</li><li>Travel across different locations as required; therefore, a driving licence is essential.</li></ul>
