Roles: Speech &amp; Language Therapist - Bank Location : The Harborne Hospital (Birmingham), part of HCA Healthcare UK Contract type: Bank Pay: Bank hourly rate between £26.51ph - £35.35 ph dependent upon shift &amp; role type At The Harborne Hospital we have a very diverse patient caseload supporting people with craniotomy's, prolonged intubation, tracheostomy, Cervical spine surgeries. The Therapies department is an ever growing team currently consisting of 1 full time physio and 1 part time dietitian and soon to be recruiting another part time physio. We are supported by bank Physio's and Dietitians as well as OT's and SLT's. It is likely that opportunities for permanent positions will become available as volumes of patients increase. The Harborne Hospital is our 4th NHS Joint Venture and a brand-new, purpose built, state-of-the-art £100m facility that opened in January. Built in partnership with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham , the hospital has deep clinical infrastructure and offer s a variety of outpatient and inpatient services across 50 beds, including 10 Outpatient Chemotherapy Day case Chairs and 6 level 3 critical care beds.
