Working alongside a team who values collaboration and diligence, you'll manage a team of two to four technicians and report directly to the Inpatient Lead and Head of Pharmacy. What you will do: - Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure optimal operation of the dispensary. - Engage with ward work, cover dispensary tasks, and perform MMT activities during staffing shortages. - Lead external site audits to ensure the safe and secure storage of medicines, FP10s, and oxygen. - Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the efficient implementation of the electronic prescribing system. - Provide accurate and timely reporting to enhance medication management and patient care.
