What you will do

• Ensure accuracy in medication preparation and dispensing as an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT).
• Manage and optimise the use of medicines as a Medicines Management Technician (MMT) to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within private hospital settings to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient-focused care through counselling and education on medications.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement processes to ensure the availability of necessary medications.

Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification

• Essential: Qualified ACT or MMT with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the NHS.
• Essential: Registration with the HCPC.
• Desirable: A valid driving licence to facilitate site flexibility and mobility.
