Situated on the outskirts of Solihull and Coventry, we provide Rehabilitation &amp; Recovery services to 31 inpatients over three wards: Arley Ward - 10 bedded male R&amp;R service (level 2) Elkin Ward - 10 bedded male R&amp;R service (level 2) Millison Ward - 11 bedded male R&amp;R service (level 2 - step down) Patients have a primary diagnosis of a Serious &amp; Enduring Mental Illness, with additional complexities such as physical health conditions, substance misuse, and secondary mental health issues. What you'll be doing This vacancy for a part-time Consultant Psychiatrist complements our existing medical work force and has a caseload of approximately 11 R&amp;R patients. Working alongside our established full-time Medical Director/Consultant Psychiatrist, you would lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals from Nursing, Psychology, and Occupational Therapy and a Junior Doctor, who will form part of the MDT. Working hours are typically 2.5 days per week on site however, how this is structured can be discussed at the interview and we are able to consider flexible working hours.
