What You Will Do

• Conduct specialist assessments for patients with neurological conditions within a community setting.

• Design, implement, and review personalised rehabilitation programmes to support functional recovery.

• Promote early mobilisation, independence, and long-term wellbeing for patients.

• Provide expert advice, education, and support to patients, carers, and healthcare colleagues.

• Work collaboratively within an integrated team of medical, nursing, and therapy professionals.

• Drive independently for community visits - you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle (pool car available if required).
