Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in conflict resolution. Is confident working independently and as part of a team. Is physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods. Is comfortable using handheld enforcement equipment and software. Holds a clean driving licence and/or valid CBT certificate (desirable). Has knowledge of health and safety best practices in lone-working environments.
