The ideal candidate will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or the Health and Care Professions Council and hold a recognised post-registration qualification, along with full membership or accreditation from a relevant professional institution and evidence of continuous professional development. The candidate should be passionate about providing high-quality care and driving continuous improvement, with a forward-thinking, proactive, and creative approach to their work.
