Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Clients
We are supporting children and adults with complex clinical needs across Birmingham and surrounding areas such as: Sedgley, Quinton and Halesowen. We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants with proven tracheostomy experience. This is a essential requirement for the service users you will be supporting.
You'll be part of a compassionate care team delivering safe, nurse-led, complex care within the home. Your role will include managing tracheostomy care along with other clinical interventions which may include oral suctioning, enteral feeding, airway management, personal care routines, and supporting clients in meaningful daily activities, whether that's spending time with family, socialising in the community, or maintaining comforting home routines.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
