Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for Theatre Scheduler to join the team on a 6 month FTC.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day organisation of the theatre schedules, including reviewing the lists for accuracy and updating the outlook diary.
- To provide a quality professional and efficient service that supports the smooth running of the hospital theatre department.
- To ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of service to patients, consultants and the hospital team.
- To provide an excellent administrative and customer service support function within the Theatre Department, being the first point for all contact coming into the department via telephone; email or face to face, ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively by the most appropriate person
- To ensure all consultant and team requests are acted upon professionally and in a timely manner
- To work with the Theatre Manager to provide administration support as required
- To be responsible for the administration of all departmental quality systems and processes in order to ensure the maintaining of all external accreditations (e.g. CQC)
- To be responsible for the management and distribution of all relevant information to appropriate individuals and companies
Who we're looking for:
- Previous relevant experience in an administrative support role
- Experience of working independently and on own initiative
- Working to deadlines

- Customer facing role
- Computer skills
- MS office suite inc database use
- Verbal and written skills
- Telephony skills
- English language
