Location: The Wellington Hospital
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 4 or 5 days per week, with occasional weekends

The Wellington Hospital - the UK's largest private hospital, rated "Good" by the CQC - is seeking an experienced and motivated Theatre Practitioner to join our dynamic and well-established theatre team. With 13 theatres and a reputation for clinical excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled practitioner with experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Scrub
  • Recovery
  • Anaesthetics
Whether you're an ODP or Theatre Nurse, your expertise will contribute to delivering safe, high-quality care across a wide range of surgical specialities. Experience in robotic-assisted surgery is highly desirable, but full training will be provided. Knowledge of urology and orthopaedics is also highly valued.

If you're dual-trained, that's a bonus-but we're equally committed to developing your skills across new specialities through structured training and mentorship.

What You'll Bring
  • HCPC or NMC registration (essential)
  • Minimum of 5 years' theatre experience
  • Strong clinical skills in scrub, recovery, or anaesthetics
  • A collaborative mindset and confidence in a multidisciplinary setting
  • A proactive approach to learning and development
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
