Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure patients receive timely, well-organised care, enabling clinical teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Theatre Department via phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
- Maintain and coordinate theatre diaries, ensuring accurate patient booking information and escalating any issues
- Manage theatre list updates, changes, and timely communication across relevant teams
- Support compliance with short notice booking processes
- Prepare and distribute daily theatre lists and weekly planning materials
- Process administrative updates, including charge sheets, variances, and documentation using systems such as SAP, HMS, Outlook and Pirana
- Produce monthly meeting minutes and support service improvements
- Provide general administrative support across the department

Who we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 3
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and hospital systems
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- A collaborative approach and confidence liaising with senior team members
