We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.

Meet Our Client

We are supporting a fun, friendly, and sociable 12-year-old girl who is looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join her team. This rewarding role involves supporting her both at school and within the community, helping her enjoy everyday activities, build confidence, and continue developing her independence.

She enjoys:
  • Makeup and beauty
  • Reading
  • Shopping trips
  • Spending time in the community
  • Social activities and outings
We are looking for positive, reliable, and approachable individuals who can build a trusting relationship with her and encourage her to engage in the activities she enjoys. Staff who are friendly, supportive, and like-minded will be well suited to this role.

Your role will include: • Providing dedicated 1:1 support at school and within the community • Encouraging independence and participation in daily activities • Supporting her emotional wellbeing and social interaction • Assisting with routines and providing clinical care when required • Accompanying her on outings and activities • Ensuring her safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times

She is becoming increasingly independent and enjoys being involved in her own routines. This role is ideal for someone who can provide the right balance of support, encouragement, and reassurance while promoting her confidence and individuality.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young person's life, supporting her to achieve positive experiences both in education and within the community.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
