We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join a well-established neurological care centre in Ipswich, recognised for its excellence in complex disability, high dependency care, and slow-stream rehabilitation. With over 20 years of specialist experience, the centre provides exceptional, person-centred support to individuals with neurological conditions and brain injuries.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality care centred on individual needs.

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, aligning objectives with organisational strategy and values.

  • Maintain full compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements as a Registered Manager.

  • Oversee budget management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to agreed staffing levels.
