We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our dementia‑focused residential care home in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident senior carer who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care during night shifts.

About the Role

• Position: Senior Healthcare Assistant - Nights

• Service: Dementia Residential Care

• Location: Northampton

• Rate: £14.51 per hour

• Shifts: 4 × 12‑hour night shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the night care team

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care

• Administer and record medication safely

• Support residents with dementia with dignity and respect

• Ensure accurate documentation and effective handovers

• Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive night‑time environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Senior HCA / Night Senior Carer

• Strong background in dementia care

• Confident with medication administration

• Reliable, compassionate, and able to lead a team
