Location: Manchester

Hours: 39 hours per week (Nights)

Salary: £14.61 per hour

About the Role

• Lead and support night staff to deliver safe, person‑centred care

• Provide hands‑on support with personal care, medication and night‑time routines

• Ensure the safety, wellbeing and dignity of residents throughout the night

• Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding procedures

• Promote a calm, supportive and therapeutic environment

• Work collaboratively with the management team to uphold the home's outstanding standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

• Medication trained

• Experience supporting older adults, dementia or mental health needs

• Strong leadership skills and confidence working nights

• A caring, reliable and professional approach

• Driver with own car desirable

• Preference for candidates living within 5 miles of the home
