The role encompasses far more than School administration, as you will be a key player in the success of our school. No two days are the same, while ensuring the reception service is spot on, you may be helping to gather supplies for lessons or spending time with our students.

Is able to work collaboratively with other School personnel and stakeholders.
Has the ability to build and maintain effective communications with relevant stakeholders and professionals
Maintains confidentiality and the security of information and documents as required
Is reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to continual professional growth
Builds positive, respectful relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
Creates an inclusive environment where every child feels seen, valued and supported
Has previous experience of working as part of a team in a school office environment
We offer:
Joyous, curious and motivated children who love learning and embrace challenge
A supportive and forward-thinking staff team who value collaboration and creativity
A trusting culture where staff are empowered to develop their strengths
Extensive grounds including a thriving Forest School and Eco area
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our vibrant, forward-thinking school community. We warmly encourage prospective candidates to visit us for a tour and an informal conversation with Gillian Hill, Federation Business Manager, to find out more about what we can offer.
