To help us be successful in our mission we are looking for a Quality Operations Manager to join our Compounding Team.
40 hours per week / Site-Based / 12 month Fixed Term Contract

As our Quality Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of life-changing medicines produced within our compounding facility.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll oversee quality and sterility assurance activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Reporting directly into the Head of Quality, your work will support safe patient outcomes while fostering a culture of quality excellence across the organisation

What's required to be successful?

We're looking for an experienced Quality leader who thrives in a complex, highly regulated environment and has a passion for developing people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional standards.

Essential experience/skills:
•Managerial experience within aseptic processing, compounding or sterile manufacturing
•An extensive understanding of regulatory requirements, GMP and quality systems.
•Proven leadership skills
•Experience managing investigations, CAPAs, change control and risk management.

Desirable experience/skills:
•A degree in Pharmacy or a science related discipline
•Experience in project environments, process improvement or change implementation
•Ability to coach/mentor staff at all levels.
