Spire Abergele Clinic is one of North Wales' leading private clinics and we take pride in delivering high-quality care. We offer fast access to consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology.
The high-profile role is in place to support patients and consultant colleagues in both Spire Abergele and Spire Harrogate Clinics, navigate suitable private pathways and treatment options. The Private patient coordinator will predominantly support Self-Pay patient enquiries at either enquiry, outpatient or in care stage as well as providing the support for patients with private medical insurance. The role will support the conversion of warm leads into appointments and admissions in order to meet key performance targets whilst delivering our Purpose of providing 'outstanding personalised care.'
Please note that if successful with the role you would need to travel to Harrogate for training during the induction period, this would be for a maximum of 5 days.

Hours: Part time. Working hours 22.5 hours between office hours, we are flexible with these hours. There would be an expectation to do monthly events (max of 2) with late finishes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professional handling of self-pay enquiries (eg, capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients
- Converting enquiries to outpatient appointments
- Meeting team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments
- Attending patient information events to represent Spire Healthcare and our services
- Learning skills required to assist in outpatient appointments team as and when required
- Providing customers with excellent after-sales service
Who we're looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident with face to face interactions
- Self motivated with a can-do attitude
- First-rate organisational skills and attention to detail
- A good grasp of standard IT packages (eg Microsoft Outlook, Excel & ideally CRM or SAP, although these are not essential
- High level of customer service
- Experience in sales
