Spire South Bank Hospital is seeking a confident and customer-focused Administrator to join our Physiotherapy team on a part-time basis.

Spire South Bank Hospital is seeking a confident and customer-focused Administrator to join our Physiotherapy team on a part-time basis.
This is a highly patient-facing role, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment from the moment they arrive.
Duties and responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth patient experience, including:
- Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries
- Manage patient administration and bookings for in-patients and day cases using SAP.
- Liaise with insurers, pre-authorisation teams, patients, and consultants to ensure smooth admissions.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure compliance with medical coding and Data Protection requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from patients, staff, and the public.
- Uphold confidentiality and undertake training to maintain skills and knowledge.
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using [systems/software, e.g., SAP, EMIS]
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
