Role Information
Our Pharmacy Approvals team has an opportunity for someone to help deliver high quality operational performance.
As a Pharmacy Operations Lead within Sciensus you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement, supporting regulatory readiness and overseeing the day to day activities of a small team.
Daily tasks would consist of:
- Coordinating staffing and rota requirements
- Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators
- Conducting performance reviews and supporting employee development
- Ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated as required
What is required?
To be successful in this role you must have an understanding of pharmacy regulatory requirements, strong stakeholder management and the following skills/attributes:
Evidence passion to lead a team (previous leadership experience would be an advantage)
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with resilience and flexibility
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages
Holding an NVQ within pharmacy operations would be an advantage.
