0830 - 1630 (early) or 0900-1700 (late), Working 3 days between Monday and Friday

We're looking for a Part Time Treatment Suite Coordinator to join our Treatment Suite / Oncology Services team based in London. The Treatment Suite plays a critical role in delivering safe, timely and compassionate care to patients undergoing treatment. Working at the heart of the service, the team ensures that patient journeys are well-coordinated, appointments run smoothly, and patients and their families feel supported from the moment they arrive. This role is pivotal in connecting clinical teams, business office colleagues and support services, ensuring the Treatment Suite operates efficiently while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.
As a Treatment Suite Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative and operational flow of the clinic, acting as a key point of contact for patients, visitors and staff. From managing complex treatment schedules and patient pathways to maintaining accurate electronic records, your work directly supports the delivery of safe, high-quality care. You'll work closely with clinical leads to manage patient flow, proactively address delays, and ensure appointments are delivered in line with clinical priority and activity plans. This is a varied, fast-paced role where organisation, compassion and attention to detail make a real difference to patient outcomes and experience.

What you'll do:
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional and patient-centred experience
  • Coordinate patient flow, treatment scheduling and daily activity plans in liaison with clinical and administrative teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, appointments and treatment activity on MOSAIQ
  • Liaise with business office, reception and support services to manage changes, pre-authorisations and late bookings
  • Support service delivery through audits, reporting, meetings, and ongoing service improvement activity
What you'll bring:
  • Previous Administration experience within a healthcare setting is essential
  • Confident IT skills and experience working with electronic patient record systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, professional manner
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • A patient-focused approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure
