Job Ref 25780
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are caring for a happy and sociable young man in his 20's who lives at home with his sibling in Winsford. He loves spending time with his family, watching TV, and listening to music, especially Oasis, his favourite band. He is a big football fan and enjoys getting out and about, visiting places like the Trafford Centre and local parks.
As part of his support worker team, you will provide 2:1 care during the day and night, assisting with his personal care, mobility, and managing his clinical needs, while always prioritising his comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
