The Role

We are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated 1:1 daytime support for an adult male in his 30s with complex care needs, within his home.

He has a strong interest in astronomy and enjoys films, using his laptop, and engaging with his hobbies. He also enjoys being active in the community, including trips to restaurants, museums, concerts, and festivals.

You will provide both clinical and personal care, including medication administration and moving and handling support, while also encouraging independence and supporting him to stay engaged in the activities he enjoys.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, supporting someone to live a full and active life within their own home and community.
