Meet Our Client

We are expanding our services in Croydon and are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a 19-year-old gentleman with complex clinical care needs on both a 1:1 and 2:1 basis.

Your role will make a genuine difference, helping him live a fulfilling life and enjoy meaningful moments, whether that's spending time with family and friends, supporting him with his school routine during the week, listening to music and stories, going swimming, or attending community activities.

Responsibilities include providing personal care, supporting clinical interventions, and encouraging participation in activities that enhance his quality of life.

Evening and night shifts may involve supporting bedtime routines, offering reassurance and companionship, and remaining attentive to his needs throughout the night.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting people to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

What You'll Need
  • 3 months' care experience
    • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
    • Clear communication skills
