Job Ref 26134
Job description
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
We're hiring across multiple locations, so even if this position isn't your perfect match, we'd encourage you to apply today to hear about other opportunities in your area.
Meet Our Client
A sociable and active young girl who enjoys engaging with her community and spending time with her family, friends, and care team. She has a strong enthusiasm for school and particularly enjoys trips to the park, travelling on public transport, hydrotherapy sessions, and exploring arts and crafts.
She is non-verbal and communicates her needs through a range of sounds, so patience, attentiveness, and the ability to understand and respond to her individual cues are essential in building trust and delivering high-quality care.
The role involves completing observations, managing clinical interventions throughout the day, and providing personal care, including moving and handling support. You will also offer comfort and reassurance to help maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing environment.
Proven experience working with children in a care setting is essential.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
