We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 support to a young girl in Birmingham. She lives at home with her mum and is a happy child who communicates her emotions through sounds and facial expressions. She enjoys Cocomelon, shopping, singing, dancing, having her nails painted, and messy play.
During term time, you will support her at school with all aspects of her daily care, ensuring she is safe, comfortable, and able to fully engage in her school routine.
At home, you will provide day-to-day support including medication administration, clinical care, and personal care needs. You will also encourage her to take part in activities she enjoys, helping her to remain happy, safe, and well supported within her home environment.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
