We are currently expanding our team in Birmingham and are looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with complex care needs.
You will play a vital role in helping clients live safely and independently in their own homes, providing both essential daily support and specialist clinical care, which may include:

- Shifts: Full-Time & Part-Time | Days & Nights | 10 - 12 hour shifts

The Role
We are currently expanding our team in Birmingham and are looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with complex care needs.
You will play a vital role in helping clients live safely and independently in their own homes, providing both essential daily support and specialist clinical care, which may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication administration
- Moving and handling
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG feeding
- Ventilation support
- Other complex clinical interventions (training provided where appropriate)

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 months' care experience
- Confident in personal care, medication support, and moving and handling
- Experience or exposure to complex care
- Clear communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Reliability and commitment to delivering high-quality care
