Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care for a gentleman living in his own home in Burnley.
He enjoys watching TV and films, as well as spending time with his much-loved French Bulldog, so a caring and personable approach is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in complex care, supporting a client whose care routine includes tracheostomy and ventilator management.
You will provide support with personal care, daily routines, and mobility, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Clear and effective communication is a vital part of this role. You will work closely with the family and wider care team to ensure seamless handovers, consistent care, and prompt reporting of any changes in the client's condition or needs.
You will join a supportive, experienced team dedicated to helping you build confidence and develop your clinical skills in complex care.
This role offers genuine opportunities for professional growth, with comprehensive training and ongoing support provided.
What You'll Need
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has specifically requested females only to join their care team.
