About us

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.

We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.

Meet Our Client

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young man in his early 20s who lives in a warm and welcoming family home.

He enjoys storybooks, music, sensory lighting, and interactive sensory toys, and responds particularly well to calm, gentle interactions such as soothing head massages. Although he is non-verbal, he communicates clearly through facial expressions and builds strong, trusting relationships with those who support him consistently and patiently.

During the day, he attends college with the support of his care team. In the evenings, you will play a key role in supporting his bedtime routine, alongside attentive monitoring to ensure his clinical needs are safely and calmly met. His family are closely involved in his care and foster a supportive, collaborative environment where carers are truly valued as part of the wider team.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who are confident in delivering clinical care, while also bringing warmth, patience, and creativity to engage him in the activities he enjoys. The ability to build trust through consistency, empathy, and calm presence is essential.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young person, while working within a dedicated and supportive care team.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
