Meet Our Client
We are currently supporting a young man in his 20s in Norton Canes who has a keen interest in arts and crafts and enjoys engaging in creative activities with his care team.
We are seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join a supportive team providing 1:1 care across both day and night shifts.
In this role, you will support with personal care, moving and handling, and assist in managing his clinical needs. You will work within a team that values compassion, respect, and person-centred care.
During night shifts, you will play a key role in ensuring he feels safe and well-supported. He typically settles for bed around 11:00pm.
Responsibilities include monitoring his wellbeing, assisting with repositioning, and maintaining a calm and relaxing environment to promote restful sleep.

- Pay Rate: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
- Shifts: Part Time Days: 9am 3pm or 9am-8pm
- Part time Nights: 10pm - 7am
