Job Ref 26070
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We support a friendly, sociable young woman who lives at home with her family in Northfield. She enjoys being part of her community and has a real enthusiasm for getting out and about whether that's going for walks, visiting the cinema, exploring the Sea Life Centre, or enjoying a game of bowling.
During the week, she also attends a day centre, which plays an important role in her routine and overall wellbeing.
As a member of her dedicated care team, you will provide engaging, person-centred support, meet her clinical needs, and encourage her to take part in the activities she enjoys most. Your role will be key in helping her maintain an active, independent, and fulfilling lifestyle.
Please note:
Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join her team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
