Complex Home Care
Job Ref 26063
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
A sociable teenage boy who enjoys interaction with his family and care team. He enjoys listening to music and watching TV, especially his favourite show Mr Tumble. He also likes sensory based activities and having stories read to him by his care team.
Upon the arrival of his care team, his bedtime routine will have already been carried out and he will be settled in bed. You'll provide essential overnight care, including managing his clinical interventions, carrying out regular observations, personal care and repositioning and offering comfort and reassurance to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client's parents have specifically requested females only to join their care team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
