Complex Home Care
Job Ref 26057
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
You will be supporting a lovely young boy who lives at home with his mum and dad in a caring, family environment. Some of his favourite things include listening to Cocomelon, football, and playing on his playmat. He also really enjoys story time and benefits from carers taking the time to sit with him and read books, helping to make this a calm and engaging experience. He attends school, so part of your role will involve supporting his daily routine around this, as well as encouraging his interests and helping him feel happy, safe, and supported at home. Carers will be required to provide full support with all aspects of his personal care, ensuring his comfort, dignity, and wellbeing always. This will include assisting with oral suctioning and tracheostomy care, following appropriate training and care plans.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
