We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his early 80s living in the Derby area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support him to live life as fully as possible, enabling him to remain active, independent, and engaged within his local community.
You will provide person-centred care tailored to his individual needs, including personal care, support with clinical interventions, and assistance with daily activities that promote his quality of life and overall wellbeing.
During evening and night shifts, you will support bedtime routines, provide reassurance and companionship, and remain attentive to his needs throughout the night to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity.

- Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 Per hour
- Shifts: Full-time & Part-time | Days: 8am-8pm | Nights: 8pm-8am |

Key Responsibilities
You will provide person-centred care, including:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting with moving & handling needs
- Delivering clinical interventions as required
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and community access
- Ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, and moving & handling
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required for day shifts
- A caring, reliable, and patient approach
