The Role
We are currently building a dedicated 2:1 care team to support a lady in her 40s in the Doncaster area as she prepares to be discharged from hospital and return home to live with her husband and son.
This is a meaningful opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, supporting her transition home and helping her to regain independence, confidence, and quality of life within a familiar and loving environment.
You will provide person-centred care tailored to her individual needs, supporting with clinical interventions, assisting with daily routines, and encouraging independence wherever possible.
You will also play an important role in helping her enjoy family life and gradually reconnect with her community.

- Pay Rate: £14.50 - £16.00 Per hour
- Shifts: Part-time | Days: 8am-8pm | Nights: 8pm-8am

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting with moving & handling needs
- Delivering clinical interventions as required
- Promoting independence and rehabilitation goals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring comfort and safety during night shifts
What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, and moving & handling
- Willingness to support with complex care following training
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Willingness to travel for hospital shadowing and training
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
