The Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support an independent lady living in her own home in the Northwich area.
This is a rewarding one-to-one role where you will provide person-centred care and support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, dressing, meal preparation, hydration, and mobility.
You will also support with a range of clinical interventions as part of her ongoing care within the home.
Where appropriate, you will support her to access the community, helping to promote independence and ensure a positive and fulfilling day-to-day life.
We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and personable, with a positive attitude and the ability to build a strong and trusting rapport. Confidence in driving is essential for this role.

- Pay Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 Per hour
- Shifts: Full-time & Part-time | Days | 8am - 8:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting with personal care, medication, and daily routines
- Assisting with mobility and moving & handling
- Preparing meals and supporting with hydration
- Delivering clinical interventions as required
- Supporting community access and promoting independence
- Providing consistent, high-quality care within the home
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confident supporting with medication, personal care, and moving & handling
- Experience or willingness to learn complex care tasks (e.g. NIV, cough assist, oral suctioning where applicable)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Pet-friendly
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
