The Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support an independent lady living in her own home in the Northwich area.

This is a rewarding one-to-one role where you will provide person-centred care and support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, dressing, meal preparation, hydration, and mobility.

You will also support with a range of clinical interventions as part of her ongoing care within the home.

Where appropriate, you will support her to access the community, helping to promote independence and ensure a positive and fulfilling day-to-day life.

We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and personable, with a positive attitude and the ability to build a strong and trusting rapport. Confidence in driving is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide person-centred care, including:
  • Supporting with personal care, medication, and daily routines
  • Assisting with mobility and moving & handling
  • Preparing meals and supporting with hydration
  • Delivering clinical interventions as required
  • Supporting community access and promoting independence
  • Providing consistent, high-quality care within the home
    What We're Looking For
You will provide person-centred care, including:
  • Minimum 3 months' care experience
  • Confident supporting with medication, personal care, and moving & handling
  • Experience or willingness to learn complex care tasks (e.g. NIV, cough assist, oral suctioning where applicable)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Pet-friendly

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Our funded training (including clinical skills) is provided free of charge; however, attendance is unpaid.
