We are recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a 2:1 care team supporting a bright and independent young man in his 20s with complex care needs.
He runs his own travel business and enjoys an active lifestyle, including walks, live music, coffee trips, and travelling.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone who values independence and enjoys getting out into the community. You may also have the chance to accompany him on holidays and trips, providing consistent, high-quality care.

- Healthcare Assistant
- Location: Northampton, NN3
- Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 Per hour
- Shifts: Full-time & Part-time | Days | 9am to 9pm

Key Responsibilities
You will provide person-centred care, including:
- Supporting with personal care and medication
- Assisting with clinical needs and moving & handling
- Encouraging independence and daily living activities
- Supporting social outings and community engagement
- Providing care during both day and night shifts
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confidence with medication, personal care, and moving & handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence (required for day shifts)
- Comfortable working in a home with pets
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
