We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support an outgoing young man in his home environment on a 2:1 care basis.

- Healthcare Assistant
- Location: Salford, M5
- Pay Rate: £14.00 - £17.00 Per hour
- Shifts: Full Time & Part Time Days (7am - 7pm) and Part Time Nights (7pm - 7am)

In this role, you will provide person-centred care, support his daily routines, and assist with clinical interventions. Night shifts will involve supporting his bedtime routine, delivering specialised care, and creating a calm, restful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Supporting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
- Administering medication as required
- Assisting with Moving & Handling
- Supporting daily routines and community access
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to care needs
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Enteral feeding
What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, and Moving & Handling
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Comfortable working around pets
- Full UK driving licence
