  • Pay Rate: £15.50 - £20.00 Per hour
  • Shifts: Part Time Nights (11 - 12-hour shifts)

The Role

We are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a fun-loving and energetic young boy in his family home.

He enjoys:
  • Outdoor adventures and sensory play
  • Listening to stories and being read to
  • Music, especially outdoors
  • Hydro swimming sessions and horse-riding therapy
  • Spending time with his Labrador, Elmo.
During your night shifts, you will provide dedicated 1:1 care, ensuring his complex clinical needs are met safely and consistently. You'll remain attentive throughout the night, supporting his comfort, wellbeing, and overall safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night
  • Supporting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
  • Administering medication as required
  • Assisting with repositioning and moving & handling
  • Monitoring wellbeing and responding to care needs promptly
  • Epilepsy management
  • PEG feeding
    What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 months' care experience
  • Confident with medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Comfortable working around pets
  • A passion for working with children

Our funded training (including clinical skills) is provided free of charge; however, attendance is unpaid.
