The Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a young man in his 20s within his family home in Bawtry.
You will be part of a 2:1 care team during the day and provide 1:1 support overnight, assisting with his daily routine while promoting comfort, safety, and overall wellbeing.
He thrives on routine and consistency and is non-verbal, communicating through expressions and behaviours. This means a patient, observant, and intuitive approach is essential.
He enjoys sensory-based activities, watching colourful programmes such as Minions, listening to music, and spending time in a calm and reassuring environment.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to build a positive and trusting relationship while delivering person-centred care in a supportive home setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Support with mobility and safe moving & handling
- Assistance with medication as required
- PEG feeding in line with care plan requirements
- CPAP ventilation support and monitoring
- Supporting communication through observation and interaction
- Engagement in sensory activities and daily routines
- Overnight monitoring to ensure safety and wellbeing
What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 months' hands-on care experience
- Confident with personal care, medication, and moving & handling
- Calm, patient, and attentive approach
- Clear communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required
