The Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a young man in his 20s within his family home in Winsford.
He is a happy, sociable individual who enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing with TV, and listening to music especially Oasis, his favourite band.
You will be supporting him on a 2:1 basis during the day, helping with his personal care, mobility, and clinical needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
He enjoys getting out into the community and is a big football fan. You will support him with outings such as trips to the Trafford Centre, visits to local parks, and travel by car or bus.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care while helping him stay active, engaged, and as independent as possible.

- Pay Rate: £14.50 - £20.50 Per hour
- Shifts: Part Time Days | 7am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Assistance with medication as required
- Support with daily routines and community outings
- Monitoring wellbeing and providing reassurance
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation Management
- Epilepsy management
- PEG Feeding
What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 months' hands-on care experience
- Confident with personal care, medication, and moving & handling
- Calm, patient, and caring approach
- Good communication skills
- Complex care experience is preferred but not essential
