Job description

The Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his 50s within his own home on a 2:1 care basis. He is active, sociable, and enjoys spending time in the community as well as taking part in meaningful daily activities.
At home, he enjoys relaxing with Netflix boxsets especially Grey's Anatomy, and music is an important part of his daily routine, helping him to relax and unwind.
You will support him with his daily routine, including personal care in the evening, preparing for bed, and ensuring a calm and comfortable night-time environment.
During the night, support may be required, with staff alerted via Alexa/landline. Regular monitoring checks will also be completed in line with his care plan.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, person-centred support while helping him maintain independence and enjoy his lifestyle in a safe and supportive home environment.

- Pay Rate: £13.00 - £16.50 per hour
- Shifts: Part-Time | Days 8am-8pm | Nights 8pm-8am

What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 months' hands-on care experience
- Confident with personal care, medication, and moving & handling
- Calm, reliable, and proactive approach to care
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a 2:1 care team
