The Role
We are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his 60s living at home with his family in Lincoln.
This is a 2:1 care package providing support with personal care, moving & handling, and clinical interventions. You will help ensure comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting a calm and supportive home environment.
Night shifts include regular monitoring, personal care when required, and maintaining the client's wellbeing throughout the night.

- Location: Lincoln, LN2
- Pay Rate: £14.50 - £17.00 per hour
- Shifts: Part-Time | Days & Nights | 8-12 Hour Shifts

- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation Management
- Regular Suctioning
- Personal care and mobility support
What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 months' hands-on care experience
- Confident with medication, moving and handling, and personal care
- Clear communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
