Job description
- Healthcare Assistant
- Location: Macclesfield
- Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
- Shifts: Part Time Days | 7:30am - 7:30pm | Alternate weekends

The Role
We are currently supporting clients in Macclesfield and surrounding areas, and we are looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team.
In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Support with clinical interventions and daily care routines
- Assist with personal care and medication administration
- Encourage and support participation in meaningful activities, including social time with family and friends and community outings
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and attentive care throughout the day
- Support with evening and bedtime routines where required
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Supporting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
- Administering medication as required
- Assisting with moving & handling
- Supporting daily routines and community access
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to changing care needs
- Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confidence in medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
- Clear communication skills
