Complex Home Care
Job Ref 25993
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are supporting a young boy who lives at home with his family in Solihull. He has a real love for music and singing and enjoys exploring a variety of sensory toys and lights. He is especially fond of playing with balloons, his floor piano, and watching his favourite cartoons particularly Mr Tumble.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will support him to access the activities he enjoys most, while also providing specialist, person-centred care tailored to his individual needs. You will need to be attentive, proactive, and confident in reading his cues to ensure he is safe, comfortable, and engaged always.
We are looking for candidates who are alert, reliable, and able to think on their feet. It is essential that you remain calm under pressure and are confident in managing emergency situations should they arise, responding quickly and appropriately while maintaining a reassuring presence. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child's daily life supporting not only his care needs but also his enjoyment, development, and overall wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has requested females only to join their care team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
