About us

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.

We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.

Meet Our Client

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a young man in his late teens who lives in the Cannock area.

He enjoys relaxing at home watching TV and has an impressive DVD collection, particularly 80s cartoons, Balamory, and Big Cook, Little Cook. He communicates using Makaton and a communication aid, and he enjoys singing and tapping as part of his communication and interaction. We are looking for caring, patient, and reliable individuals who can provide consistent, person-centred support while building a trusting and positive relationship with him.

As a valued member of his night care team, you will provide dedicated support throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, monitoring his wellbeing, and responding to his needs as they arise.

When he wakes early in the morning, you will gently support and engage with him, which may include reading stories or providing reassurance to help him settle back to sleep.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who is attentive, compassionate, and passionate about making a genuine difference in a young person's life.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
