Job Ref 25976
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
She is a very sociable young lady who enjoys accessing the community, going shopping, and going for walks. She loves spending quality time with her family, watching TV shows, listening to music, singing, reading books, and having pamper days.
She attends a specialist school full-time, where she enjoys participating in activities and socialising with her friends. On school days, you will meet her at home to support her with her morning routine before accompanying her to school. Throughout the day, you will provide support as needed, and afterwards, accompany her safely back home.
In this role, you will support her personal care needs, carry out regular observations, manage her clinical interventions, and assist her in engaging with the activities she enjoys. You will play a key role in her daily routine, helping her to thrive both at home and at school.
During weekend shifts, you will continue to support her care needs while also helping her enjoy her free time-this may include outings in the community, playing in the garden, and taking part in relaxing pamper days.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
