Complex Home Care
Job Ref 25944
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting a bright, independent young man in his 20s with complex care needs in his own home.
He runs his own travel business, attends college, and enjoys a busy social life, including walks, gigs, coffee trips, and, of course, travel.
In this role, you will provide person-centred 2:1 care, supporting his complex needs during the day and overnight. You will assist with personal care, medication, and clinical requirements, support him with daily activities, college, and social outings, and accompany him on holidays and trips away, providing consistent care throughout.
We are looking for carers who are patient, adaptable, and committed to helping him live an active, fulfilling life. This is an exciting opportunity to support someone who values independence, activity, and engagement with the community.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
