We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are currently supporting children and adults in Stafford and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each client's needs.
In this role, you will support a range of clinical interventions, assist with daily care routines, and help clients engage in meaningful activities, whether that's spending time with family and friends or enjoying outings in the community.
You will also support bedtime routines, providing companionship, remaining attentive and responsive, and meeting care needs as they arise.
When working with our younger clients, you'll take part in their favourite activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory-based activities-helping to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our clients have requested females only to join their care teams.
